How Do You Organize Your RSS Feeds?

I'm in the process of cleaning up my RSS feeds. Many blogs I started following last year are now inactive or have changed URLs. I've hopped between blogging services myself, so I understand.

Currently, I use News Explorer on MacOS to aggregate my feeds, and I'm pleased with how it displays content. The reading experience is highly configurable. However, I need to organize the feeds better and limit the number of subscriptions; otherwise, I become overwhelmed quickly.

Do you have any tips for me? What app do you use, and what's your workflow?
